The Opportunity:
Exciting opportunity for an junior or intermediate level litigator to join a growing litigation team within a top tier team where you can be involved in an interesting mix of dispute resolution matters. You'll be involved in claims that range from contractual claims, misleading and deceptive conduct, shareholder disputes, insolvency/restructuring matters, breach of director duties, financial services / regulatory disputes and other commercial litigation work, including cross-border claims. 

Working across a few partners, there will be adequate support and mentorship as well. There is the chance to get involved in High Court trials, COA cases, arbitrations and ADR work.

As a firm that is invested in their staff, you will be provided with ample amount of training and mentorship in-house from partners as well as the wider team who will help you accelerate your advocacy skills.

About you:

• 1+ years' PQE in litigation work with some commercial litigation experience;
• Client focused, with the ability to work in a hands on role
• Keen to learn and grow your litigation career;
• Strong academics - ideally B/B+ average or higher; and
• Experience gained in a reputable law firm.
