Our client is a well-established law firm in Christchurch with a modern and progressive culture. A mid-sized team, they collaborate and take pride in working together to get the best results for their clients. Located in the CBD, they operate from beautiful, modern offices within easy walking distance to Riverside market, Cashel mall shops and Hagley Park.
The Role:
Due to growth in their Property Team, our client is seeking a motivated Solicitor or Senior Solicitor (2 years+ PQE) to join their team. The role will predominantly be focused on residential property law and conveyancing including:
About you:
Maintaining the great culture they’ve created is paramount for this firm, so first and foremost, you’ll need to be a team player! You’ll have recent experience working as a property solicitor and be wanting to continue your career as an expert in this space.
This firm builds great relationships with their clients and has strong community connections in Christchurch so you’ll need to be a real ‘people’ person, someone who can get on well with anyone and will go the extra mile for your clients.

- managing files from instruction to settlement
- sale and purchase agreements
- reviewing Certificates of Title, checking LIM Reports and building reports
- refinancing and KiwiSaver withdrawals
