Our client has a growing Corporate & Commercial legal team and is looking to hire a junior-intermediate level lawyer. You'll work across a few partners on a mix of quality M&A work, advising on joint venture arrangements, management buy-out arrangements, corporate structuring and providing strategic advice to growing businesses (e.g. capital raising, seed funding) as well as some ICT related and general commercial work. You'll be exposed to working with clients that range from multi-national businesses, investors, start ups, rich listers and medium sized businesses.

You will be someone that has:  

• 2+ years experience in a well-regarded firm (some transactional experience is key);
• Good academics - at least a B average in your LLB; and
• Passionate about further developing a career as a commercial lawyer with the ability to think strategically and with good interpersonal skills. 

You may be in a role that's a mix of property and commercial and now keen to focus your skills on the commercial legal area.
