The Role:
We are ideally looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to assist the national employment team offering advice on a full spectrum of employment related matters including workplace policies, holiday and leave, privacy, human rights issues, restraints of trade, restructures, performance and disciplinary issues, personal grievances and health and safety issues. You’ll work within a supportive team in the Christchurch office led by experts in the field of employment law.
About you:
We are looking for a lawyer with 4+ years PQE who has specialised in employment law and who wants to continue to develop their career in this area. You’ll have exceptional communication skills, an empathetic nature, great attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach. You’ll like working collaboratively with the team and working together to create great results for your clients.
