Our client is a well-regarded city firm that operates as a trusted advisor to  multi-national businesses, investors, growing kiwi companies, rich listers and listed companies. They advise clients through different stages of business growth, M&A deals (predominantly at the mid-market level where there has been a steady flow), joint venture arrangements, shareholder and company arrangements, private equity work, capital raising work and corporate advisory matters. Working with the support of a corporate partner, you'll be a part of a close-knit team that operates with a reasonably flat structure, allowing you to work with a good level of autonomy.

About you:

• 8+ years solid Corporate legal experience;
• Experience gained in a top tier firm or highly regarded Corporate team where you've had some M&A experience;
• An interest in learning and continuing to grow your Corporate legal career;
• NZ qualified; and
• Good academics.
