Responsibilities: The Senior Litigation Associate will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of high-profile commercial disputes. This includes involvement in disputes involving general commercial litigation, consumer law matters, insurance, insolvency, regulatory issues and intellectual property matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advocacy in courtrooms for complex litigation cases.
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships.
• Mentoring junior associates to foster their professional development.

About you:

• Strong academic transcript (B+ average or above)
• 7+ years PQE litigation experience in private practice, chambers or the public sector.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build and cultivate relationships.
• Passion for mentorship and a desire to contribute to the development of junior team members.
• Courtroom advocacy experience.
• Demonstrated creativity, ambition, and drive.
