Our client is a well-established firm that remains consistently busy with commercial & property work and is now looking to hire an intermediate level lawyer to be part of their team. Given the prestige of this firm and the calibre of the partners leading this team, this is not the opportunity to miss out on.
  
Commercial law is the focus of this position but there is also work on broader property matters that you would expect from a transactions focused team. In your day-to-day, you'll be involved in a range of work including commercial leasing, business transactions (sale & purchase), company structuring, general commercial drafting, subdivisions work, property financing matters, franchising and related matters. With ample legal support and good systems in place, you’ll be well-placed to hone your drafting and advisory skills and develop your career is a commercial lawyer.
  
The ideal candidate will have:  

• 2+ years PQE in private practice with some commercial law experience (a mixed background in property and commercial law will also be considered);
• Passionate about further developing a career in the commercial law field;
• Enjoy dealing with clients - you will have good interpersonal skills.

Perhaps you’re looking to take a step up in terms of the complexity of work coming from a general practice law firm, or you'd like greater corporate / commercial law experience in a sociable medium sized firm type environment.
