This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading team as an Employment Lawyer at a reputable mid-sized firm based in Tauranga. You'll be stepping into a role that offers challenging and rewarding work alongside a supportive and collaborative team. You'll be working with a range of clients, from corporate and commercial to local authority and private clients.

As an Employment Lawyer, you'll be handling a variety of dispute resolution matters, with a focus on employment law and to a lesser extent, some civil litigation matters. Your responsibilities will include research, drafting, communication, mediation and ERA work and building strong client relationships. You'll provide strategic advice to clients and have the chance to hone your court and advocacy skills too. The firm values autonomy and teamwork, so you'll have the opportunity to work independently as well as collaboratively with our experienced team.

• 3+ years PQE NZ admitted lawyer
• Strong academic background
• Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to network and build client relationships
