A long standing and modern Wellington practice are now looking for an intermediate level lawyer keen to accelerate their experience in property and commercial law. The firm works with a strong portfolio of high net worth individuals, local and international businesses - both smaller and larger, start-up businesses and developer clients.

Working with a team of ex top tier and highly experienced partners, you will have direct mentorship and the ability to work with a good level of involvement on a wide range of property and commercial law work. This might include residential and commercial property transactions, property developments and subdivisions, business transactions, private client and personal affairs related matters including trusts, wills, estates and succession planning. You would also get the chance to be involved in company structuring, property and business financing, commercial leasing and franchising work.

About you:

• 2+ years' solid legal experience with some exposure to commercial, property and/or private client matters;
• An ability to communicate well and build rapport with a range of people;
• A team player whose driven to grow their legal career further.
