Job description

Based in the CBD Head Office, with multiple branches across New Zealand this market leader in the property game specialise in the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties as well as commercial leasing work. The Role:

In this role, you will be supporting two directors within the business and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same and requires someone who is able to think on their feet and move fast as you will be juggling multiple deadlines at any one time. On a day-to-day basis your responsibilities may include:
  • Diary management for the two directors as well as booking any travel arrangements as required
  • Coordinating, organising, and hosting industry and company events, seminars, and conferences 
  • Collating and compiling reports, presentations, legal documents, and general administrative tasks
  • Taking ownership of administrative projects, customer care initiatives, and internal programs
About You:
  • 3+ years experience as a PA or similar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a great typing speed, and generally IT savvy
  • Previous experience in developing Powerpoints would be advantageous
  • Have an efficient and proactive mentality to your work, enjoy being one step ahead, and using your initiative
