This highly regarded, large Auckland firm is seeking a Legal Executive to join their busy Trusts and Estate Planning team. You’ll enjoy a good level of autonomy while supporting partners and authors across a diverse range of client matters, including trusts, wills, estates, wealth and succession planning, powers of attorney, inheritance planning, and asset structuring.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- 4+ years' Legal Executive experience with a solid foundation and knowledge in asset management, estate administration including filing for probate, EPOAs and wills;
- An ability to communicate well and build rapport with a range of private clients from different backgrounds and ages; and
- Sound drafting skills and the ability to provide advice in a clear and concise manner.
