Working with the support and mentorship of experienced Partners, you will work on both legal aid and private paying client family law and relationship property matters. 

• Relationship Property;
• Care of Child;
• Family Violence;
• PPPR;
• Spousal Maintenance; and
• Adoption as well as other family law-related matters. 

The firm has modern operating systems and offers staff good flexibility, with the option for staff to work from home 1 day a week. 

• 3+ years PQE experience in family law gained in a specialist family law practice or within a family law team at a general practice (If family law work forms only a part of your experience, you may still be suitable for the role, given you have had decent exposure within the area);
• Family Court experience and some exposure to relationship property agreements and advice work are key.
• Sound drafting skills and advocacy skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
