As a trusted full service law firm, our client is now looking to hire an Associate or Senior Solicitor level lawyer to join their specialist employment law team. This firm has an established brand in the market and is led by an expert partner that provides autonomy, support and guidance as needed. You’ll work as their right hand person and have the chance to take the lead in matters you're comfortable in. The Position:
  
You will be involved in a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters including advising employers on large-scale restructuring matters, negotiating settlements for PG claims, attending mediations and the ERA to providing contractual advise and navigating health and safety issues. The client base is diverse, spanning high growth businesses, household names through to high net worth execs. There is a pathway for career development and progression. 
  
About You:

• 5+ years PQE in employment law (if employment law has formed part of your overall experience that is fine);
• Experience in leading mediations and with some advocacy experience;
• Dealt with employers on restructures and drafting employment contracts; and
• High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
