About Us: Our client is a mid-sized law firm known for being professional, down-to-earth and very client-centric. This full-service firm works across various areas of law and they are now looking to hire an Employment Solicitor to join their team.
  
The Role: We are looking for a skilled Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years of employment law experience. You’ll need to be someone who can work well autonomously and ideally have a desire to grow this area of the practice by bringing in new clients as well. Supporting both employers and employees, the role will be a mix of drafting employment agreements, personal grievances, restructuring and redundancies, health and safety, bullying and harassment cases and mediation. 
   
This is a part-time opportunity with room to grow - perfect for someone returning to work after having kids or wanting to work part time around other hobbies and interests. We are open to hearing which days and hours would work for you!
  
About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with a current New Zealand practising certificate
• 4+ years of recent experience in employment law
• Someone who can both be a great team player and also work well independently
