In this role, you’ll dive into exciting corporate advisory matters—think mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, business structuring, commercial contracts and more. You’ll be able to take ownership of tasks and work directly with clients early on, with both local and international clients. 
  
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• NZ Qualified & Admitted Lawyer
• 1-3 years PQE with relevant experience in a corporate/commercial law
• A strong academic record
• The ability to deliver practical and commercially sound legal solutions
• Good drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• A proactive approach and the ability to take initiative when needed
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
