The Opportunity: 
Working with the support and mentorship of experienced Partners, you will work on private paying client relationship property matters - from mum and dad clients, investor clients and high net worth individuals. You'll be drafting, negotiating and advising on contracting out and separation agreements, providing asset planning advice and assisting clients in navigating the interplay between relationship property and trusts.

About you: 
  • 3+ years PQE experience with some experience in relationship property matters gained in private practice or working with a barrister. Those more experienced are of interest too;
  • Sound drafting and negotiation skills; and
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
This role could suit a family lawyer now keen to focus on the relationship property side and more advisory front-end work or likewise this role could be well suited to a general practice lawyer who has developed expertise in relationship property and private client matters and is keen to hone in on this area. Whichever the case, enquire today if this is the role for you.
