Our client is looking for a senior (or mid-senior) lawyer with some transactional and advisory experience across some of the following relevant areas for its team. You'd be a part of a team where you'll be supported with LE's and admin staff so that you can focus on complex legal matters. The firm walks the talk when it comes to work / life balance, so overtime is rare and the work would be varied including:

• SME Business transactions
• Property Conveyancing - residential, and commercial 
• Company structuring matters
• Subdivisions
• Financing arrangements
• Trusts and asset planning advice
• Commercial Leasing
• Estate planning and administration
• Wills and Powers of Attorney

You will have:

• 5+ years PQE in general practice and/or property work;
• An ability to build a rapport with clients and cultivate strong client relationships;
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
