The Opportunity 

Our client takes a progressive approach with clients and staff and they have a strong reputation in the market as a result. As part of a national practice, led by well-regarded Commercial & Property Partners, they have had continued growth in the last year and are looking for a mid level lawyer with at least 2 years solid commercial and/or property experience to join the team.

Day-to-day you will work with a decent level of independence and guidance of experienced partners on complex commercial property acquisitions and disposals, due diligence for development projects, commercial leasing, company structuring, business transactions, overseas investment, joint venture projects and financing matters. It's a chance to hone your commercial legal skills.

About you: 

• 2+ years PQE. This may have been gained in a small or larger practice;
• You might either have a corporate legal background or a property legal background, but with an interest in doing a mix of work between these areas;
• Interest in further developing your skills with a commercial mindset.
• A good university academic record.
