Our client is a well-established firm that remains consistently busy with varied work and is now looking to hire a mid or senior level lawyer to be part of their team. The firm has a strong reputation for its work, particularly in the North Shore community and operate as a collegial team with an open door policy. This position has future partnership prospects for someone that fits the team well, for succession planning reasons. 
  
The work will be varied, so no two days will be the same - this could range from residential and commercial property transactions, commercial leasing arrangements, property financing, subdivisions, relationship property agreements, employment law advice, business transactions, shareholder agreements, trusts, wills, ORAs and POAs.  
  
The ideal candidate will have:  

• 5+ years PQE, with some transactional experience in a NZ law firm.  
• Passionate about further developing a career in general practice, client focused and with good interpersonal skills. 
• Enjoys dealing with clients - you will have good interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work with a good degree of autonomy with file responsibilities.
