The Role:
Our client is seeking someone at Associate – Senior Associate level who is looking for the next step in their career in Employment Law. You’ll be someone who thrives in this space, enjoys mentoring and developing junior lawyers and have an interest in contributing to the direction the team grows in.

You will work on a range of employment issues and will be involved in advising and representing clients across personal grievances, performance management matters, restructures and redundancies, health and safety, restraint of trade issues, exit negotiations and other general employment advice.  
  
About you:
You’ll be someone with deep, up-to-date knowledge of employment law and regulations and strong communication and negotiation skills. You’ll have the desire to create great results for clients, enjoy stepping into leadership opportunities and be excited to grow your career in this space.

For this role you will need to have had experience working as a Solicitor and have NZ working rights.
