The Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for an intermediate level lawyer to join our client’s specialist litigation team. You will work in a team based culture where there isn't a hierarchy or any airs and graces. There is the chance to be involved in files end to end and to take on greater responsibility on more complex claims as you progress. The work will involve disputes related to statutory liability, professional indemnity, professional negligence, insurance, construction, RMA, property matters and regulatory investigations.
  
About you: 

•  2–5 years’ litigation experience, gained in a well regarded litigation practice, ideally with general civil litigation experience but those from other dispute areas (e.g. employment, RMA etc) may be considered also
• A team player that enjoys varied work;
• An analytical mind with good drafting skills and client relationship management capabilities and; 
• A decent university academic record. 

You'll be joining a team with stable and consistent workflows. Their matters are often settled out of court, but you can use your negotiation and dispute resolution skills to achieve sound results for your clients. If a move into a leading firm piques your interest, get in touch!
