We are seeking an experienced intermediate to senior Legal Executive with hands on conveyancing experience, ready to manage files end to end with a high level of autonomy. You will join a large, dedicated Property & Developments team, working with land developers both residential and commercial, property investors and funds, as well as public and private businesses on their property transactions.

Reporting to approachable Property Partners, you will handle a variety of property transactions, including subdivisions, easements, residential conveyancing, development projects, and house & land packages. There is also the opportunity to mentor junior Legal Executives and liaise with a supportive team of administrators as needed.  
  
To be successful in this role you will be systems savvy, able to quickly build client trust, and have a thorough understanding of the conveyancing process. This role is ideal for Legal Executives with strong technical residential property experience who are ready to take on more complex matters in a high volume environment.

• More than 3+ years experience as a Legal Executive (registered or have completed your Legal Executive Diploma); 
• Experience running files from start until settlement; 
• Sound knowledge of relevant firm and conveyancing systems (e.g Actionstep, Infinity, PPSR, Webforms)  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of client service.
