With new modern premises based in Downtown Auckland, this fun and dynamic team are seeking a new Accounts Administrator to join their team.
About the Role:
This is a permanent part time role based on a 24-hour week. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and working with the wider legal support team, you will be a part of a collaborative and engaged practice. About the Role:
This is a permanent part time role based on a 24-hour week. You will be liaising with the internal and external stakeholders. On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
- General bookkeeping inclusive of accounts receivable and payable
- Credit control, tracking and following up on all corporate accounts and payments
- Preparing accounts to trial balance for the external accountant to complete month end
- Prepare and update month end budget and forecasting with variance and analysis and basic commentary
- 3+ years’ experience within a similar role, within a legal practice would be advantageous
- Proven experience in Xero and Excel
- As you will be liaising with clients as part of the role, being client focused and eager to exceed expectations is the type of person they're looking for

- $80,000 - $100,000 per annum + KiwiSaver full time equivalent
