The Firm & Opportunity 

Join a legal team with a diverse clientele and team of skilled lawyers. They are now looking for an intermediate level Litigation Lawyer with over 3 years solid relevant experience gained in advocacy based work who can assist on a broad range of matters.

Mentored by a senior, the role will have a focus on dealing with a mix of dispute matters related to immigration law, family law, civil litigation, employment law matters etc. Not a single day here will be the same. In this role, you'll have the chance to develop your legal skills in research, advisory, client liaison and problem solving capabilities as well advocacy skills. 

This role can be either part time or full time.

About you: 

• 3+ years experience gained in one or more relevant areas - ideally having worked in a firm or for a Barrister 
• An ability to build rapport with clients and cut through legal issues;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills; and
• Admitted to the NZ Bar.

You may be in a general litigation role, with an interest in better flexibility and decent hours; or in a litigation role but looking for an opportunity that has a greater purposes where you can help everyday individuals achieve positive outcomes. Either way get in touch to find out more.
