We are working with a National firm who are seeking an Associate level solicitor to join their Christchurch litigation team. The partners in this team are dynamic and ambitious and we are looking for someone with a similar attitude who has a passion for litigation and a desire to do high quality legal work. Located in beautiful modern offices in the Christchurch CBD, this firm offers an enviable location combined with a modern and progressive approach to work.
  
The Role: 
We are looking for a lawyer who has expertise in litigation and a minimum of 4 years PQE to join this team. You’ll get stuck into all aspects of litigation work including research, drafting of pleading and submissions, providing opinions to clients and discovery processes. This team collaborates nationally and works across a variety of civil and commercial litigation including areas such as construction, health & safety, insolvency, debt recovery, liquidations, insurance and employment law.
