We have partnered exclusively with a global investment firm specialising residence by investment programmes. With significant growth now coming from the New Zealand market, they are looking to appoint a Licensed NZ Immigration Adviser to take ownership of their Active Investor Plus portfolio. This role has come about unexpectedly due to a succession shift, and the right person will be positioned to step into the leadership of the NZ investor immigration operation within the next 12 months.

This is a genuinely unique opportunity in the market.

About the role:
You will act as the NZ programme expert, advising high net-worth clients referred from their global advisory network, including the US, Asia and Europe. Day to day, you will:

• Lead consultations with interested investor families
• Manage the full application process for Active Investor Plus visas
• Work closely with investment and property partners to ensure smooth relocation
• Maintain strong working relationships with Immigration New Zealand
• Support global webinars and client events promoting NZ as a destination

Clients are sophisticated and highly engaged. Accuracy, trust and relationship management are key.

About you:
A confident, technically strong advisor who can work independently while still being part of a global team. To be successful in this role you will be:

• NZ Immigration Adviser License, or an immigration lawyer who has gained their license
• 5+ years' experience (Investor/Business visa experience preferred)
• Able to build credibility with private clients and senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage complex applications with composure and precision
• Experience inside INZ on these visas is extremely valuable and has been the profile of their most successful hires.

• $90,000 - $120,000 + KiwiSaver
• Bonus + commissions based on application activity
• Work remotely from anywhere in New Zealand (Auckland CBD office available)
• Flexibility to manage time zones around family/life commitments
• International travel to global leadership events and industry related conferences (London, Morocco etc.)
