In this role, you will be supporting the wider Real Estate and Property team which will include supervising partners and other authors, and will be assisting with a wide range of needs on a day to day basis. This may include anything from; diary and email management, coordinating events and all travel requirements, liaising and reporting to clients, drafting and formatting legal documents, support business development and marketing initiatives, EOM billing, and providing support with AML compliance. 

This opportunity would suit someone who is great at prioritizing their time and workload. If you consider yourself to be a natural multi-tasker, then this is the role for you. 

You will also need to be a team player, and have a solid understanding of technology and practice management systems to be successful in this role. 

You will ideally have: 
  • Minimum 3+ years previous experience in a Legal Secretary/EA/PA position (preferably in the Property sector or in a dedicated Real Estate team)
  • A proactive approach and have the 'get up and go' required to complete tasks quickly and make the lives of the team easier
  • The ability to pick things up quickly and a solid understanding of various I.T. and software based systems  
  • Strong commercial nous and an understanding of the conveyancing process will stand you in good stead in this role
