A well-established private client firm is seeking an experienced Legal Executive to support a dedicated client with their commercial property portfolio in this newly created role. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional, whether you have secretarial experience and are looking to transition into a Legal Executive position, or if you are currently working as a general practice Legal Executive and wish to focus on a more specialised area of law.

About the Role:

You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the firm’s partner to establish and implement effective systems and processes for integrating the client’s commercial property portfolio into the firm’s operations. Your experience will be invaluable in ensuring that all legal and operational processes are handled efficiently, with attention to the client’s needs and requirements.

In this role, you will play a key part in assisting with all legal matters related to commercial leases. This includes the preparation and review of lease agreements, deeds of lease, and other associated commercial property documentation. You will also work on matters such as lease renewals, rent reviews, break clauses, and assignments/sublettings.

In addition to this, you will have exposure to further develop your trust and estate background and assist the Partner and the firm's clients in drafting wills and EPoA's as well as the structuring of trusts, variation of trusts, and estate administration and relationship property matters.

About You:

• 7+ years of experience as a Registered Legal Executive or currently working as a Senior Legal Secretary and looking to step into your first Legal Executive.
• Working experience in OneLaw, Affinity, or similar practice management systems.
• Previous experience in commercial property, specifically working with lease agreements, would be beneficial.
• Able to build rapport with ease, as well as a team player, and happy to muck in when needed.
