Due to internal movement and growth, our client is looking for a senior (or mid-senior) lawyer with some transactional and advisory experience across some of the following relevant areas:

• Business transactions
• Property Conveyancing - residential, rural and commercial 
• Company structuring matters
• Subdivisions
• Financing arrangements
• Trusts and asset planning
• Commercial Leasing
• Estate administration
• Wills and Powers of Attorney

You will have:

• 5+ years PQE in general practice and/or property or private client work;
• An ability to build a rapport with clients and cultivate strong client relationships;
