This firm has its core practice areas as Property, both commercial and residential matters as well as an established Private Client team. Each member of the team is driven to ensure that the law is something that is accessible to everyone. 

The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Partner, as well as working in a small team of fee earners. You will be able to align yourself with a high performing and driven team. This is a fast paced and dynamic firm where you will be working with private and commercial clients on all trust and estate related matters. 

This is a role where you will work closely with the Associate on a variety of clients' personal affairs as it relates to trusts, wills, estates, wealth and succession planning, family charters, powers of attorney, inheritance planning, and asset structuring. This includes:
  • Maintain client relationships and act on instructions from the wider team
  • Estate planning, obtaining details of asset and liabilities as well as working in Companies Office
  • Estate administration, inclusive of probate/letters of administration, interaction with High Court as well as liaise with asset holders, executors and beneficiaries
  • Creation of Trusts, winding up of Trusts as well as arranging annual meetings
  • Wills and Enduring Powers of attorneys
  • Facilitate all property transactions from pre-contract to post-settlement phases
About You:
  • This role would suit a Legal Secretary that has completed their Legal Exec diploma and ready to move into their first Legal Exec role or a Legal Executive that has 1+ years experience and ready to take on a new challenge
