Join an award-winning national law firm in its Tax team. Working in a collaborative team, you will work with local and international businesses on tax aspects relating to mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, investments, divestments, securitisation, property deals, project and asset financing.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients in various sectors in providing strategic advice around tax-effective structures and solutions to their commercial needs.

About you:

• 7+ years PQE in NZ tax law and/or consulting;
• The ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and with strong interpersonal skills;
• A good academic background;
• Ability to hold an NZ practising certificate; and
• Experience gained in a reputable tax legal team or within a leading accountancy practice, in its tax team.
