About the Role:

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with multiple banking and finance partners on a diverse range of transactions, including structured financing, asset financing, leveraged financing, corporate finance, securitisation, project financing, and general banking & finance work. Our clientele includes leading financial institutions, public entities, and private investors. Experience hands-on client relationship management, as this role offers more than just back-office responsibilities.

About You:

• 6+ years PQE in Banking and Finance, with exposure to Corporate, in-house, and/or General Banking and Insolvency work.
• Ability to hold an NZ practising certificate.
• Experience gained within a top law firm or within an in-house legal team of a financial services organization. Part-time candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
