A modern Auckland CBD firm, that has invested in good systems and precedents, working with a longstanding clientele ranging from private developers, high net worth individuals, mum and dad clients to investors. They are looking to hire a senior lawyer that can help mentor juniors and work as a 2IC to a partner in the team. You'll be involved in a variety of work which might include residential and commercial property transactions, commercial leasing, property sharing agreements, subdivisions, unit titles, complex refinancing arrangements and related asset structuring matters. 
 
You might have reached a ceiling in your current role or you're looking to join a firm that holds a strong reputation in the market - whichever the case, get in touch to find out more. About you: 

• 8+ years' PQE with a solid background in property law work;
• Experience in mentoring or supervising the work of juniors;
• Good client relationship and interpersonal skills;
• Experience gained in a well-regarded firm;
• A transferable client base is not needed but the firm can support you in business development activities.
