About the Role:
Supporting a dedicated team of three Partners in Corporate, Tax, and IP and a wider team of authors. You will be assisting in general secretarial duties as well as liaising with internal stakeholders and supporting departments as well as answering general enquiries from clients. Working in a team of 3 legal secretaries, you'll ensure that workflows are managed effectively. On a day to day you will be responsible for:

About the Role:
Supporting a dedicated team of three Partners in Corporate, Tax, and IP and a wider team of authors. You will be assisting in general secretarial duties as well as liaising with internal stakeholders and supporting departments as well as answering general enquiries from clients. Working in a team of 3 legal secretaries, you'll ensure that workflows are managed effectively. On a day to day you will be responsible for:
- Diary and email management of the Partners as well as organising any travel related arrangements
- Managing workflows and dedicating any tasks to internal supporting service centers
- Editing, formatting, and preparing emails, documents, and contracts as required as well as preparing PowerPoint presentations and other business proposal based documents
- Document and file management within the dedicated system
- Preparing end of month billing for final review
- Organising and overseeing in liaison with marketing on all team and industry related events
- Previous law firm experience is essential for this role as you will need to have an understanding of managing Partners' expectations and working with multiple conflicting deadlines
- A confident user of Microsoft Office
- Previous Corporate experience would be advantageous, however, we are keen to speak to candidates from all legal sectors that are interested in broadening their experience

- A starting salary of $75,000 - $80,000 + Kiwisaver dependent on experience
