A unique opportunity has arisen for an intermediate Legal Executive to work across a dedicated property team with mentorship from a highly regarded Senior Associate, and Legal Executives who service high net worth individuals with property transactions, developments, subdivisions, trusts, and financing matters. Day-to-day, you'll be involved in residential property transactions, commercial leasing, and development projects. You don't need skills in all these areas but a background with a core property focus is essential, but also start gaining exposure to trust and estate matters to further develop your legal offering and expertise.

- Maintain client relationships and act on instructions throughout the property transaction relating to buying, selling and developing property
- Facilitate all property transactions from pre-contract to post-settlement phases inclusive of subdivision files
- Assist with trust & estate planning files
- Work towards and adhere to key performance and budgets around billable hours
- Minimum 3+ years' qualified legal executive experience in a well-regarded legal team in private practice;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a rapport with clients of various backgrounds; and
- Sound drafting skills and the ability to provide advice in a clear and concise manner.
