You will be working closely with the Director and will be part of a close knit team where you can take ownership of the work you are involved in.

The Role:
You will be working closely with the Director and will be part of a close knit team where you can take ownership of the work you are involved in.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Residential property transactions from start to end where you'll work directly with clients through the transaction process;
- Assisting on franchise related agreements, financing transaction, business conveyancing transactions and trust matters; and
- Assisting the Director on other commercial Law matters e.g. updating contracts and companies office details, PPSR attendances (searches, registrations and discharges), and contract reviews
- You will have a positive, forward thinking attitude, and genuinely enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
- Able to handle conveyancing matters, support general commercial file attendances; and provide administrative support to the team
- A keen and eager learner with excellent organisation skills, and attention to detail
