An opportunity has come up for an ambitious Solicitor passionate about property law to join a vibrant team that continues to grow within the NZ market.

As part of a practice with local and international clients and led by highly regarded Partners, you will have the opportunity to work on high-level commercial property transactions for some of NZ's largest developers and corporate clientele. 

Day-to-day, you would work on complex commercial property acquisitions and disposals, due diligence for development projects, and assisting clients with property portfolios on their commercial leasing arrangements and overseas investment matters. You'll benefit from hands-on mentorship directly from Partners and Senior team members and have access to learning and development initiatives at the firm, making this an aspirational role to consider.

• 1-3 years PQE at a reputable law firm;
• Property experience and some exposure/experience in commercial property transactions would be a bonus (but not a must);
• Interest in further developing your skills with a commercial mindset;
• A good university academic record (a B average or higher in your law papers).
