As a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor in the firm (dependant on level of experience), you'll be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:

• Care of Child, Parenting and Protection Orders and Family Violence Matters
• Drafting contracting out agreements and property settlement agreements
• Handling spousal maintenance claims and disputes
• Providing separation advice with empathy and understanding
• Resolving trust and relationship property disputes through mediation and litigation
• Managing complex contracting out agreements and high court proceedings
