They advise clients through different stages of business growth, their M&A deal work (a good portion of the work), joint venture arrangements, shareholder agreements and capital raising work. About you:

• 6+ years solid Corporate legal experience;
• Experience gained in a top tier firm or highly regarded Corporate team where you've had some M&A experience;
• An interest in learning and continuing to grow your Corporate legal career;
• NZ qualified; and
• Good academics.
