Day to day you will be involved in a mix of transactional, drafting and advisory work including M&A transactions, private equity, capital markets work, corporate structuring / restructuring, management buy-out arrangements, corporate structuring and investment work. There are good benefits on offer, and you'll be a part of a team where everyone works together for a common goal. 
  
You will be someone that has:  

• 2+ years experience in a corporate and commercial legal role with some transactional experience in commercial legal matters;
• Good academics - at least a B average in your LLB; and
• Passionate about further developing a career in the corporate legal field.

You may be someone coming from a smaller practice, keen to get exposure to larger-scale and more complex corporate transactions, or exposure to working with a top clientele with a structured training programme in place. Eith way, get in touch to secure your next role for 2024.
