About the opportunity

An opportunity has come up for a senior lawyer looking to advance their career in varied commercial property work. We are working with a medium sized city firm that has a steady stream of work, emphasis is placed on work/life balance and their people are truly valued. This opportunity will give you a range of exposure across various facets of commercial property work. This might include residential and commercial property transactions, property developments and subdivisions, joint ventures, local govt work, commercial leasing, property financing, company structuring, joint ventures and overseas investment work. You'd work with a well-established client base involving developers, local and international businesses and high net worth clients. 

About you

The ideal candidate, you will have:

• 8+ years PQE with recent commercial property experience as part of your overall experience;
• The ability to provide sound legal and pragmatic outcomes for your clients;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills as you'll have regular client dealings;
• Ability to help mentor juniors.
