In this role, you will be working across a few banking and finance partners on a range of transactions including structured financing, asset financing, leveraged financing, corporate finance, securitisation, project financing, and general banking & finance work - work can be skewed to your background and interests. The clientele includes the leading financial institutions, public entities and private investors, and the team works across a range of sectors. The culture at this firm is friendly, supportive, progressive, and allows for flexible working for those that can work with a good degree of autonomy. 

You will also get hands on client relationship management responsibilities so this isn't just a back-office role.
  
About you:

• 6+ years PQE in Banking and Finance (Corporate, in-house and/or Insolvency work may form part of your experience);
• NZ or Common Law Qualified; and
• Experience gained within a top law firm or within and/or within an in-house legal team of a financial services organisation with some transactional banking experience. Flexibility can be provided or part time candidates are also of interest, as the right support systems can be provided around this if you have solid relevant experience in this area.
