About the Role:
As a Commercial and Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and property transactions.
• Advising clients on legal matters, including property development, leasing, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Drafting and reviewing business sales and purchases, commercial leasing, commercial contracts, franchising and shareholder agreements.
• Collaborating with a team of experienced lawyers to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and client service skills.
