Our client, a reputable mid-sized firm in Christchurch’s CBD, seeks a driven and talented Lawyer with 4-10 years PQE to join their busy Commercial and Property Law team. This team is led by industry-leading Partners who are recognised for their expertise and dedication to mentoring and developing their staff.

About the Role:
As a Commercial and Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for:
As a Commercial and Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and property transactions.
- Advising clients on legal matters, including property development, leasing, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Drafting and reviewing business sales and purchases, commercial leasing, commercial contracts, franchising and shareholder agreements.
- Collaborating with a team of experienced lawyers to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and client service skills.

You should be driven to build your own client base, be a self-starter with a commercial mindset, and work autonomously. Key Requirements:
- NZ Qualified & Admitted Lawyer
- 4-10 years of experience in a New Zealand commercial and property law team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
