This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Legal Executive who is experienced in hands-on conveyancing. Ideally, you will be systems savvy, win clients' trust quickly, and know the conveyancing process inside and out. With the property market on the rise, this is your chance to join a highly-regarded conveyancing practice consistently operating at the top of its game.
Initially, this role will involve overseeing the maternity leave of a leading practitioner while also managing the daily operations of the office. You’ll be well supported by the Director and the administrative team. This is a busy, fast-paced practice requiring someone who works methodically and efficiently through client transactions. You will also have the opportunity to build your own client portfolio and will be encouraged to complete your Conveyancing Practitioners Certificate, with a view to potentially opening your own office in the future.

You will ideally have:
- 7+ years of experience as a Legal Executive or Conveyancing Practitioner (registered or completed your Diploma pre-2018)
- Proven ability to run files from start to settlement, with strong knowledge of property law
- Experience with conveyancing systems such as Actionstep, Infinity, PPSR, and Webforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of client service
