As they continue to expand their team, they are now looking for an intermediate 2+ year level lawyer with some employment law experience to join their team.
The Role:
Acting for a mix of employer and employee clients, the work will involve restructuring advice, disciplinary investigations, dealing with PG claims, bullying and discrimination-related matters, policy-related work, and preparing for mediations and ERA Hearings as well as Health and Safety related work.
You will have a good level of involvement in matters from the beginning with the right access to support and guidance from highly regarded Partners. There is a structured plan in place for your career progression and your efforts will be recognised.

About you:
- 2-4 years PQE in employment law - if employment law forms a part of your general litigation background, but you'd like to specialise in employment law, then we'd also like to consider you. If you have worked in-house in ER / employment law role and wanting to take your skills into a law firm, that'll be of interest;
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills;
- A strong interest in employment law and developing your career in this area; and
- Be NZ Qualified.
