An opportunity has come up at a highly-regarded full service firm based in Auckland CBD. They are looking for a bright commercial property lawyer who is interested in working with a partner and solicitors as part of a growing team. 

Day-to-day, you would see yourself dealing with complex commercial property transactions such as working on subdivisions, commercial leasing agreements, large-scale developments and unit title work as well as assisting on company structuring matters, financing arrangements and related contracts. The firm has a friendly atmosphere, a social environment and has a diverse clientele to provide variety and a mix of larger transactions to smaller matters.

They have a good structure that promotes internal career development, and you would have the chance to be mentored by an experienced Partner. 
 
About you:
 
The ideal person will have 2+ years PQE with some experience in commercial property law, someone that is ambitious, keen to learn and has good attention to detail.

You may be working in a general practice legal firm where your work has a property focus, and you're looking to step up your skills and experience in a larger team.
