This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior AML Analyst to join a full-service elite CBD firm. You will be a part of a robust finance and administration team that will provide ongoing career development and progression as you grow in your role.
About the Role:
Supporting the AML Team Leader you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will support the team leader in ensuring all AML initiatives are upheld in the firm for all auditing purposes. This is an integral role as you will need to ensure that all data is correct and compliant in regards to the AML requirements. On a daily basis you will be responsible for:

About the Role:
Supporting the AML Team Leader you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will support the team leader in ensuring all AML initiatives are upheld in the firm for all auditing purposes. This is an integral role as you will need to ensure that all data is correct and compliant in regards to the AML requirements. On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
- Investigating customer/client profiles to ensure that they are compliant.
- Ensuring that the documentation the firm holds is accurate and relevant to the transaction you are presented with.
- Liaising with clients, as well as back-office functions on any related queries
- Investigating any discrepancies and gathering missing information to ensure each file is compliant
- Providing guidance to internal staff to assist them when on-boarding new client files.
- 1+ years working experience in financial services, or currelty based in a junior role within a law firm
- Ability to work with accuracy and detail orientated, able to pick up discrepancies with ease
- Proven analytical skills
- Computer savvy and confident around Microsoft and CRM's
