An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well-established West Auckland legal practice for an experienced Senior Legal Executive to join a highly regarded team. This role has been created with the future in mind, offering the chance to work alongside an experienced practitioner and play a key part in the long-term leadership and succession of the firm.

The Role:
This is far more than a traditional Legal Executive position. You'll be trusted to build strong client relationships, manage a varied portfolio of work, and become an integral part of the firm's future direction.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing residential conveyancing and property transactions from instruction through to settlement
• Assisting with farm purchases, commercial property matters, and factory acquisitions and disposals
• Preparing and managing sale and purchase agreements for small business transactions
• Providing exceptional client service while building long-term relationships within the local community

About You:
You're an experienced Legal Executive who enjoys client facing work and is looking for a long-term opportunity where you can contribute beyond the day to day file management. You'll bring strong technical capability, commercial awareness, and a genuine interest in developing your career within a successful and growing practice.
To be successful, you will have:

• Registration as a Legal Executive (NZILE)
• A Conveyancing Practitioner Certificate, or a desire to obtain one (full support will be provided to achieve this, enabling you to certify and sign your own work)
• Proven experience across residential property transactions, with additional exposure to commercial property, rural property, or business transactions being advantageous
