The Role:
We are looking for a driven Senior Associate who has specialised in Property and conveyancing work to step into this busy role and take over a large client base! We are looking for someone who priorities great client service and building relationships as well as someone with strong leadership qualities who enjoys developing other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Residential and commercial property conveyancing transactions
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Conducting due diligence and providing legal advice on property matters
  • Refinancing transactions
  • Business transactions
  • Retirement village/ORA
  • Regularly communicating directly with clients, real estate agents, banks, and other professionals
  • Supervising and mentoring junior legal executives and support staff
  
About you:
We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience working in this area of law who can bring enthusiasm and integrity to this tight-knit firm. You’ll need to have:
  • Strong attention to detail and a careful, organised approach
  • Proficiency in using technology and confidence managing legal workflows
  • The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues and other professionals
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuously improving your skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Manage high transaction volumes
  • Delegate work and supervise junior staff
