We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Relationship Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded team in Christchurch. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive environment, working alongside experienced practitioners on a varied and meaningful caseload.
  
About the Role
You will be involved in a broad range of relationship property and family law matters, including:

• Drafting and advising on Contracting Out Agreements
• Division of relationship property 
• Spousal maintenance claims
• Divorce applications
• Estate planning and estate litigation

About You
You will:

• Ideally have 1–5 years’ PQE in family law with particular experience in relationship property work
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Be client-focused, with empathy and excellent communication skills
• Have a collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a close-knit team
